HOUSTON, Texas - The NY/NJ Juggernaut (25-16) dropped the second game of the series to the Texas Thunder (24-11) 7-0 with the Thunder stringing together two hits for three runs in the fourth inning.

The Nauts looked defensively sound during the first three innings of the game. Jackie Pasquerella put the Thunder's first scoring threat to a halt by laying out to make the tag on Kristen Zaleski advancing to third in the first inning. Gina Oaks made a spectacular play in the third inning throwing out Zaleski from her knees after she tipped the ball off her glove.

The Juggernaut defense did not prove steadfast after the Thunder scored three runs on two hits in the bottom of the fourth. Gina Oaks (9-6) recorded the loss after being relieved by Kellie Wilkerson (0-0) in the fifth inning. Wilkerson pitched one and a half innings and recorded 3 strikeouts. The Thunder scored three unearned runs on a pass ball and a wild pitch before Amanda Scott (9-6) came in to close out the inning.

Thunder's Lindsay Chouinard (6-4) recorded the win after pitching a complete game with four strikeouts.

The Juggernaut's Gina Oaks went 2-for-3 on the night and Kellie Wilkerson went 1-for-2.

The Nauts look to take the final game of the series from the Thunder tomorrow at 3:05pm.
